September Champagne Tasting: Battle of the Bubbles!

Dear Friends,

Last year, Bollinger stole the spotlight with a commanding 64-point win in our Champagne competition—leaving the runner-up trailing with 80 points. It was so beloved, it made a celebrated encore at the Repast the following month. This year, Bollinger returns to defend its crown in a sparkling showdown:  Can it be dethroned?

We’ll be tasting eight brut classic blends from Champagne, including Bollinger, in a festive evening of bubbles, bites, and friendly competition.
Date/time: Sept. 13, 2025 @6pm (please don’t arrive before 5:30)
Location: Our home in Mill Valley
Catering: Enrico of Cerri Catering. You’ll remember his delicious creations from past tastings at our house, the Coynes, Feltons, and last year’s Champagne event.
Menu: Savory hors d’oeuvres paired with Champagne, followed by a lovely French salad, scallops and dessert. (Alternate main course available upon request.)
Directions: For the easiest route and best parking go to the back of our house. Set your GPS to 379 Dolan Ave, Mill Valley. Across the street is a short, lighted path to our house at 337 Lowell Ave.

We can accommodate 22 pours and a few non-tasters.
