On September 11th, Carol, Ginger, and Eileen hosted a Chablis tasting at Ginger’s showroom in the Galleria Design Center. The tasting featured a lineup of the four classifications of Chablis wines. The four pre-tasting wines will establish a starting point for the tasting and rating.
