Handout: Harvest notes, individual wine commentary
Greetings Cellarites!
Suzi and I are pleased to be hosting the next tasting event on August 9th at our home in Castro Valley. We will be tasting 4 California Chardonnays and 4 white wines from Burgundy. The hope is that one of these wines will find its way into the Cellar Society cellar for use in the future.
We will start the evening off with pre-tasting of similar wines at 6 pm, followed by the official tasting at 6:30, and a catered dinner at 7:45.
We’d like to get a quick count of who can attend and who must send regrets. This will be a single bottle event, so we will be limiting attendance to 22.
Please let us know as soon as you can whether you can join us.
