We will taste a variety of French Champagne to determine which one to serve at this year’s Repast.  The dinner cost will be $55 all inclusive.

DINNER MENU

Appetizers
Tuna Kebob
Yogurt gazpacho

Salad
Mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and soy vinaigrette dressing.

Main Course

(Please choose 1 of the following 3 selections.)
Halibut fillet, roasted vegetables, caper aioli, and mango salsa.
Petit Fillet Mignon
Sauce bordelaise, roasted vegetables, fingerling potatoes and roasted shallots.
Chicken Cilantro
Chicken breast, tomato salad, cauliflower rice and ranchera sauce.

Don’t forget your glasses and bring a sweater because we will be sitting outside (they have a few heat lamps if needed).  Try not to arrive before 5:30.
