Hosts Indra and Diane organized a great picnic for the members and many guests to enjoy themselves. It picnic was held at the di Rosa Center for Contemporary Art, which offered 200 acres of outdoor art, a 35-area lake and two art galleries. Our picnic area was at the Olive Grove, a shaded, grassy area sitting under 100‑year old olive trees with a lovely view of the sculpture meadow.

Everyone brought food to share, plus Indra and Diane had a fabulous share table with food, soft drinks, utensils and napkins. Marie, who volunteers as a docent at the center, did a great job leading a 45+ minute private tour of the the di Rosa permanent art collection in the galleries. Thank-you, Indra and Diane, for making the picnic such a success and fun, and thank-you Marie for your excellent tour and efforts to obtain the site.

It was a fun event for all, and many guests commented on how welcomed they felt.
