Steve Smith and Susi Ehlert hosted a wine and food pairing. Vince Chow and Karen Christensen graciously offered their house for this event. We explored wine and food parings using wines from the Cellar Society cellar; it was not a traditional 8 bottle tasting.  We did not rate the wines, instead we measured them against the food presented. The tasting used wines that were previously enjoyed at the 2023 & 2024 Repast, alongside food prepared by Chef Enrico Filippelli.

For the pre-taste, we enjoyed 6 wines (2 Chardonnay, 2 Pinot Noir, 1 Rioja, 1 Bordeaux) to select the wines to be served at the 2025 Repast

(Each person was served the same 4 wines and the same 4 dishes.)

(Paired with Herbed Aioli Encrusted Salmon, and Seared Duck Breast with House Made Plum Sauce)
